Application

This water-soluble food grade ascorbic acid is ideal for many aspects of food production. Ascorbic acid performs the following functions in food processing.
1. As antioxidant and color stabilizer in meat & sausage production.
2. A successful flour treatment agent for baking mixes.
3. Prevents browning (oxidation) in processed fruit and vegetables.
4. Used to make acidulated water baths.
5. Stabilisation of many beverages.
